  1. Just curious to know if we need a new source of power for our area and nobody wants the lines next to them, then how are we to get the power. I will have to become better informed on this project so as to understand.

      • I guess you are ignoring the extended outage for the most of the area when the transmission line from Churchtown to Craryville went down due to a fault where it crosses the TSP in Snydertown. Our area service still depends on that source.

  2. Brad,
    IF there are reliability issues (a recent report indicates otherwise) and they are proven AND they can’t be solved through upgrading the existing system, THEN we feel that all alternatives must be carefully weighed, including use of existing rights-of-way and low voltage, which is less intrusive.
